I got this ring for my soon to be husband and it was a half size too big. They switched it out for me no problems and pretty quickly too. They answered all my emails within a day and were very helpful and curtious. The ring is awesome, he loves it. I would highly recommend this seller!

Came in time, not packaged to be given as a gift, necessarily. However, I also ordered one from another company for 2x the price and they are virtually identical (different band markers on the inside of the band). Great deal.

I was so excited to get this ring. I received the ring and it was too big. Not a problem for me, seems the actual ring size differs from the ring sizer I downloaded from amazon on this page. I contacted the seller, told them the size difference with the downloaded ring sizer and told them the size I would probably need. Again, NOT A PROBLEM. My problem, the seller had the BALLS to tell me to go to a jeweler to get my finger sized! I would think they would coordinate their ring sizes with the sizer available right below the picture of the ring. I told them to stick the ring where the sun don’t shine and give me back my money. Someone else gets that sale. BAD BUSINESS, DON’T BUY!
