The dress is beautiful. The sizes are definitely “adult” sizes not junior sizes. I had to have a tailor take the dress in 1.5 inches (I ordered a small). I am 5’6 and with 2 inch heels the dress is the perfect length (just above the floor). The dress fits just like it looks in the picture. There is a lining on the inside so you don’t see through the dress! I ordered it for a beach wedding; it is both elegant and casual at the same time. I am very happy with this purchase. One thing: don’t wear pointy jewelry as it can snag the chiffon and leave a run.

My husband is in the Army. I needed a formal, but inexpensive dress for an Army Ball. The black dress I ordered came in a plastic bag and did not have to be pressed or altered. The length was exactly where it needed to be and the dress fit me perfectly. The dress does fit tight in the chest and stomach area, so that needs to be taken into consideration. I ordered my normal size and it fit fine. A wrap also comes with the dress, which was great because I had forgot to buy one. I LOVED this dress. It was fancy, but not over the top. I would reccomend this dress and plan on buying the white one for a beach wedding.

Just received the dress yesterday. Came in a box and when i opened the box the dress was balled up into a tiny plastic bag, when I took it out it was completely wrinkled. I resigned myself to probably having to have it professionally cleaned or steamed or something to get the wrinkles out. I’ve been burned before with clothing purchases online so I fully inspected the dress and made sure the straps weren’t partially ripped off, and there were no rips or tears. I laid the dress out on my bed and there it was: an approx. 3 inch long run under one of the tiers of material! I said to myself, well this sucks. I thought I should immediately return it but decided to try it on anyway because the dress IS beautiful. However…it would not even remotely zip up! I bought a dress size larger than I am, on purpose! Needless to say I’m not happy. I am going to return the dress on Monday if I can. I’m really sad to have to ship it back because I had planned to use it for my courthouse wedding, but had to go to david’s bridal and buy something else today which was more expensive.

This dress is made of a very light layered material (note: even though it’s pretty cheap-ish polyester, the dress is so well-made and fitted that you can’t tell). Enhances all the good areas, minimizes the less flattering areas. I am a pretty hard fit and to my surprise it fit perfectly right out of the box! A really nice looking dress…does not look as inexpensive as it is. Perfect dress for someone with curves…enhances the curviness just right!

I am 5ft 2 and I bought the size 10. I bought this because it will be easy to alter for my height. I cut off 2 layers. Made me look taller and slimmer. I liked this dress.
