When I contacted the company to get a return label I experienced the most poor customer service! They insisted I had ordered the wrong size and therefor would not provide a return shipping label only once I told them I would just open a claim through Amazon to get my return label there attitude changed and was then willing to help me and even later admitted that there was a problem with the ordering system.
