I love the songs in this collection. But it seems very mechanical, like they are trying to keep to the exact metranome beat. It doesn’t seem to have a life of its own. Maybe there are not enough instruments either.

This CD lacks the gorgeous, high energy that Jewish wedding music contains. It consists of instrumentals only, so you miss the fabulous singing that these songs give. And as instrumentals only, these are flat and lifeless. I am sad to have to throw this one away.
